College in the High School

EWU in the High School is a 7-hour in-person training course offered at two locations (EWU Campus & Seattle Pacific University). Attendees have the opportunity to earn 6 Clock Hours.

Our in-person training sessions are designed to equip instructors and high school administrators with the essential knowledge and tools for success. Morning sessions focus on program policies, student resources, and advising, with a mandatory orientation for new instructors covering registration and academic integrity. Returning instructors and administrators can choose from various sessions led by university partners. Afternoon sessions are dedicated to department-specific course and subject training, with larger programs offering multiple sessions and smaller programs conducting individualized or small-group meetings to delve into content, curriculum, assessment, and other vital academic topics.

Sessions run as an annual Summer Clinic at two locations July 24th & July 26th (2025).
